Louis J. Resweber
President / Chief Operating Officer / Founder
Resweber has more than 25 years experience in corporate management, having served as an officer or board member to a dozen NYSE and NASDAQ-listed public companies. Prior to founding PELICAN in 1998, Resweber served as Chairman of the Board of Westmark Group Holdings in Boca Raton, FL, where he completed the company's reorganization as a nationwide financial services concern. As President & CEO of Network Acquisition Corp., a telecommunications concern, he engineered a series of 17 successful mergers and acquisitions, helping to convert the company into the fastest-growing participant in its industry. As Senior Vice President, Capital Markets for United Companies Financial, he was instrumental in developing an capitalization program that helped push its stock from $16 to $132 per share, making it the top growth stock in any industry on any exchange at that time. Beginning his career in the energy sector, he served as Vice President of Arkla Gas (now Reliant Energy) in Shreveport, LA; as Vice President of Entex Gas (now CenterPoint Energy) in Houston, TX; and as Manager of Celeron Oil in Santa Barbara, CA, which ultimately merged with Goodyear Tire & Rubber to build the nation's longest pipeline, twice as long as the famous Alaskan Pipeline. A cum laude graduate of the University of Louisiana in Lafayette, Resweber is active in his community and serves on the Boards of Directors of a number of other companies and business associations.

Rand H. Falbaum
Director
Falbaum has been widely recognized as an owner, manager and mentor to over 50 businesses. Since 1985, he has served as Chairman & CEO of Gordon, Inc., which has grown from a small family-owned producer of ceiling products into a nationwide industry leader in the engineering and manufacturing of components for commercial and industrial applications. Falbaum also owns and operates various industrial, commercial and multi-use real estate properties. In addition, Falbaum is a co-owner of Sound Fighter Systems (highway sound barrier manufacturer); Circle R Media (film/video studio); Legacy Homes (manufactured/modular homes); Versa Finance (consumer finance); Anytime Fitness (health clubs) in Louisiana; PODS (Portable On-Demand Storage) in Louisiana and Kansas; and Direct Buy (home improvement) in Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee and Alabama. A former officer with InterFirst Bank in Dallas, he is also a certified public accountant, a licensed commercial pilot and a certified flight instructor. Falbaum earned graduate and post-graduate degreees from the University of Texas in Austin and Texas A&M University in College Station.

Dr. John F. George, Jr.
Director
George is President of G-6 Management, Inc. A medical doctor, he was a Co-Founder of LifeCare Hospitals, which was sold to the Carlyle Group. Active in various businesses, he is an investor in Louisiana Fund I, a venture capital fund, and he also serves as Chief Execuitve Officer of Growth Factor Recovery, LLC. He is a member of the LSU System Board of Supervisors, which oversees Louisiana State University, it’s law school, two medical schools, and all of the state’s public hospitals; and he also serves on the Board of Trustees of Centenary College. Dr. George earned is medical degree at the LSU School of Medicine.

Kevin A. Hudson
Vice President / CFO
Hudson has served as Chief Financial Officer of PELICAN since 2008. In addition, he continues to serve as CFO of Gordon, Inc., a company he joined over 10 years ago as Controller, and as President of Versa Finance Company. Previously, Hudson worked in the accounting, corporate finance and tax departments of Arkla Gas (which ultimately became CenterPoint Energy and Reliant Energy), in Shreveport, LA, most recently as a Senior Tax Agent. A certified public accountant since 1987, Hudson graduated from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, and then began his career with the accounting firm of Edmonson & Waddell, CPA.

Bryan D. Melancon
System-wide Supervisor of Dealer Services & Advanced Technology
Melancon – a former PELICAN Security Network independent dealer – was previously the Owner & General Manager of Cutting Edge Solutions, an electronic systems integrator, which Melancon subsequently sold to PELICAN before accepting an offer to join its management team. Previously, he was the Lead Project Technician for a global systems rollout at ExxonMobil; a Systems Administrator for Interactive E Solutions; and a Senior Technical Services Specialist / Sales Engineer for Lanier / Ricoh Americas. A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Melancon has also earned numerous certifications for information technology (IT), security systems integration and advanced fire protection technology from CompTIA, Brivo, Sonicwall, the Electronic Security Association National Training School (ESA NTS) and the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technology (NICET), as well as a Certificate of Theology from the World Evangelism Bible College. A member of the Ascension Parish Republican Party Executive Committee, Melancon began his career by serving his country as a Senior Avionics Inspector in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Lauren D. Petty
Manager of Underwriting / Portfolio Analysis / Credit Management
Petty joined The PELICAN Security Network in 2009 after serving as a Financial Analyst for BP / British Petroleum Oil & Gas in Houston, TX, where she was responsible for developing daily oil and gas cash flow forecasts, analyzing trends and variances versus forecasted positions, and then reporting these forecasts to the U.S. Department of the Treasury. She began her career as an intern with Crocs, Inc., where she personally developed and implemented a nationwide marketing campaign for the launch of a new footwear line that ultimately produced the second-highest total sales volume in the nation. Petty holds a degree in business administration, with a concentration in marketing, from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, and earned a masters degree in business administration (MBA), with a concentration in finance, from the University of New Orleans.
